My network password changed. The app detected it but when I enter the new password I only have the option to hit cancel, not enter. I cant close out to reset up the account so Im stuck with it not being able to be used.

The new pin/fingerprint function doesnt work well with the Public setting. It gets hung up and cant ask you to log back in after a session times out. You then have to go back and disable the pin to be able to use the app.

This app is an absolute joke, it is a worse alternative to the Apple version( which is awful) it feels like a scheme to see how stupid the public is

I like the app but heres a problem that keeps me getting frustrated. Every time I come back to check mail I cant open my messages.

I used to use this app all the time. The last time my network password changed I was prompted to change it in the app. I entered my new password, but the only option was to cancel, not save. Clicking "cancel" does nothing. Im now stuck with a popup box to enter my new password but no way to save it or close the box and get back to my account. This app is now completely useless.

If you have an IT dept behind the times then this remains your best option for easy email access

Just paid $7 for this app and found out it doesnt allow push notifications nor the ability to create calendar events. Completely useless for a work setting. Can I get a refund?

I have read the other reviews discouraging this app. I have had a very positive experience with this app all the way around. I was also a Mail+ user previous to getting this app. And have no regrets after switching over. I find Inbox Pro to be reliable, simple, and full featured. It does everything I did with Mail+ and in some ways BETTER ! For the people who have had issues with password change and system errors... I had the password change issue as well, but it was easily resolved by just going to account settings immediately after starting the app and doing the full login setup again, before the password box pops up (you just have to be quick). That is the only issue I have encountered and it was simple to resolve. Thanks to the developers of this app !... good job !

No notification support. Add that and it will be 5 star for me.

I am forever getting "There is a system error. Please try again." This happens regularly when I try to log into my work email account. Cant believe it doesnt work and its a $10 app. I want my money back. This app never works and customer support hasnt bothered to respond.

You need to fix the password update pop up window. You cant update the password without deleting the app and then reinstalling it!!! Please fix

This app makes using my companys outlook account much easier. I actually prefer using the app! This app would seal the deal if it could allow for notifications, even banner ones so I dont miss out on work emails. Otherwise great.

The moment your lan password changes, the app becomes unusable. You have to delete /reinstall.

I use this app for OWA work email. On a good note it’s the only app I found that will allow me to login through my company’s reverse proxy before I get to the OWA login page. On the downside I can only check my email manually, send email and view my calendar. There is no notification option so the only way to know about new email is to open up the app and check. The calendar is read-only. You cannot send out invites or respond to anything. For a paid app I would expect more. I’ve used apps on another platform that support all these features and more for free. Considering this is only a portal for web based email it can’t be that hard to add a few key features. It works for what it does but I’m surprised it does so little and it’s been out there for a while with virtually no new features or improvements.

2 major things missing from this app... Could easily be a 5, but with missing work emails constantly having to sign in manually and not being able to send calendar invites its almost useless for business on the go... Please fix

So mail + was acting up tonight and I downloaded inbox pro. Wow. Seems as good or better BUT I need to be able to do attachments. And have only found mail+ offers that for webmail work server account. ???

This is the only app I found that allows me to go through my companies proxy where I need to enter a soft token password before accessing the OWA page. Works quite well. Very fast and reliable. I would give it 5 stars as soon as background notification was added.

I have not been able to get new emails to come up for me. I want a refund for this.

I like the interface but no ability to send attachments, no ability to receive calendar updates or even integration i to ios calendar - is becoming a real limitation after years of use. Im leaving it and looking for something else

Great little app to check webmail. Simple and intuitive. Easier than logging in through a browser. I can send, receive and view attachments. Highly recommended.
