Connection Issues

Since new iOS update, this app successfully connects via WiFi or LTE about 20% of the time. Hard reset iPhone, close all apps, airplane mode off/on, etc with no improvement.

Very frustrating. App designer needs to figure it out and fix it ASAP. I use it for work.
